I’m behind on my bookkeeping. Should I get caught up before reaching out?

You do not need to get everything organized before we talk—that’s exactly what we’re here to help with. On our discovery call, we’ll ask a few questions to understand your current tools and what’s outstanding, then recommend a clean-up or catch-up path that makes sense for your situation.

Which bookkeeping software do you work with?

Most clients use QuickBooks Online, but we’re also experienced with Xero and a handful of industry-specific tools. If you’re not sure what you need, we can recommend a platform and help with setup as part of your onboarding.

Do you work with product-based businesses or only service providers?

We primarily support service-based businesses and online creators, but we do occasionally work with product-based businesses on a case-by-case basis. If your business is values-aligned and you’re looking for a supportive partner, we’d love to chat.

What does the first 30 days of working together look like?

The first 30 days are focused on our Clarify and Ground phases: we review your existing systems and books, request secure access to your accounts, clean up any urgent issues, and set up your reporting rhythm. You’ll always know what we’re working on and what we’ll need from you.
